Jean-Patrice Netter | Founding Partner


  • Founded DIAGMA in 1973.
  • Graduate of the École Centrale Paris and a PhD in systems optimisation from Johns Hopkins University.
  • Jean-Patrice developed the methodology for optimising physical distribution networks which is now cited as one of the sector's best practices. He mainly guides production and distribution companies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), automotive, pharmaceuticals, steel and distribution industries.

Valentin Pisa Burgos | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 1990.
  • Valentin brings expertise to warehouse implementation and design missions, outsourcing missions, and manages a great many transport invitations to tender. He has in-depth knowledge of logistics service providers as well as all the industries of FMCGs, distribution of foodstuffs and non-foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and the aerospace industry.

Olivier Dubouis | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 2006. Managing Director of DIAGMA.
  • Graduate of the École Polytechnique and ENSTA.
  • Olivier began his career by founding CLEVERSYS. He then headed up KURT SALMON's Paris office before joining DIAGMA. He has particularly supported customers in the press and media, luxury, distribution, textile and clothing, leisure and corporate service industries.

Gil Yaniv | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 1993 (2 years in Spain and then Paris).
  • Graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris and Sciences Po Paris.
  • Gil is particularly familiar with the FMCG, distribution, transport, logistics, construction materials and cultural assets industries.


Jean-Luc Fonteneau | Partner

  • Joined DIAGMA in 2005 as Managing Director.
  • Engineer in agronomics.
  • Jean-Luc was formerly the Supply Chain Europe Director for MARS, and then the ARDAGH Group. An expert in Supply Chain organisation, he is well-versed in such industries as food processing, FMCGs, heavy industry and packaging…

Dominique Bourgoin | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 1978 and took over the general management of AZAP – DIAGMA's software publishing unit – when it was founded in 2000.
  • Doctor of Artificial Intelligence and Operational Research. Dominique teaches Software Engineering and Operational Research at the University of Caen.
  • As an expert in production planning and associated information systems, Dominique brings her knowledge and experience gained in the forecasting, production, procurement and distribution projects in which she has participated to bear on her work with customers.

François Rochet | Partner

  • Joined DIAGMA in 2013.
  • Aerospace engineer and graduate of the Institut Supérieur des Affaires.
  • François founded the consulting company AGENORIA in 1991. He also an expert in ecommerce and multichannel logistics (several publications).
  • François worked at MATRA Defense ; and handled different functions in numerous logistics providers and industries: Industrial Director at BOLLORÉ Technology, Logistics Director at MAGNETTI-MARRELLI and Director of Production and Logistics in HATTORI SEIKO.
  • François has a very good knowledge of various industrial sectors, from SMEs to large groups.


Yves Dallery | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 2009 after working as an associate in the US firm ANALYTICS OPERATIONS ENGINEERING.
  • Yves specialises in the optimisation of Supply Chain processes: forecasting, stock and flow management, production planning, procurement management and distribution management. He has worked in a variety of sectors such as motor vehicles, FMCGs, luxury, heavy industry and services.
  • A professor at the Ecole Centrale Paris, Yves currently heads up the Supply Chain Management programme at Centrale Paris Executive Education.

Jean de Gonfreville | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 2007.
  • An electrical engineer, Jean held positions of operational responsibility for 14 years at VALEO and THYSSENKRUPP.
  • Jean specialises in operations management: he started out as an ERP project manager before taking on operational responsibilities mainly in the field of production and logistics: industrial missions officer, logistics manager of sites and branches and officer of operational projects of excellence for the General Management.
  • Jean helps to resolve Manufacturing problems associated with improving and overhauling industrial and logistical organisation, optimising operations and managing production - with impacts in terms of human resources and IT.

Elisabeth Auzanneau | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 2011.
  • Graduate of the Ecole Centrale Lille and CPIM.
  • Elisabeth has 22 years of experience in management consulting and general management (KPMG Peat Marwick, McKinsey & Company). She runs projects optimising operational performance and transforming operations of the Supply Chain in the process industry (steel, glass), hi-tech, pharmaceuticals and distribution sectors. 

Léandre Boulez | Partner


  • Joined DIAGMA in 2013.
  • Graduate of the École Centrale Paris
  • Léandre has an experience of over 20 years in designing and implementing strategies and global supply chain organizations in the areas of consumer goods and distribution (AUCHAN, COMPTOIRS MODERNES, SOPARIND-BONGRAIN,CARNAUDMETALBOX).
  • He owns a thorough knowledge of the European and Asian logistics environment and assists DIAGMA's customers in deploying their strategy of distribution and sourcing in these territories.

Guillaume Destouches | Partner


  • Joined  DIAGMA in 2013.
  • Engineer in Electricity & Mechanics – SUDRIA ; APICS ; CSCP.
  • Guillaume spent 2 years within the Supply Chain division of CARNAUDMETALBOX (CROWN) before joining KPMG PEAT MARWICK and DELOITTE Consulting in 1996 (for which he worked 3 years in England.)

  • Guillaume is an expert in process improvement, organizational optimi zation and SCM tools. He handled large transformation projects in the areas of forecasting, distribution, production planning and maintenance.
  • He is a specialist in spare parts activities and develops specific offers in MCO (maintenance in operational condition).
